This is a little off topic, but just want to share my experience. We've tried to use OSEM for LinuxDays CZ back in 2013 and found it mostly unusable and very hard to deploy at all. Maybe this have changed today, but I sensed a need to share this bad experience.

Oh really? I never used it but it would have been my personal favorite here. I find the comparison useful in any case (thx mo) but if we can share personal experiences like yours it will be really valuable. I used mostly CMS systems and found Drupal the most powerful, but it's not the easiest to use. Anyway, for a conference software it is not the right solution. Robert
