16:9 or 4:3 slides
by Major Hayden
Hey there,
Do we know if the projectors will be widescreen at Flock? I was planning to go with 4:3 but I thought it might be a good idea to check.

Flock 2015 Schedule is frozen
by Tom Callaway
Thanks to everyone for their feedback and help. The Flock 2015 schedule
is now frozen solid. The only changes we will be making to the schedule
now will be if a speaker has a last minute cancellation. Cancelled talks
will not be replaced. No talks will be moved.
Don't even ask. :)
Thanks,
~tom

Canceling the "Build your first server role!" workshop
by Stephen Gallagher
Regrettably, I need to cancel the "Build your first server role!"
workshop. While preparing for it, we've identified a number of places
that need significant rework in order to realistically be useful for
out-of-tree roles. This rework won't be done before Flock and it
doesn't make much sense to run this workshop with the old API since we
know it's going to change.

Splitting up my talks
by Nathaniel McCallum
I am scheduled to give two talks back-to-back on Wednesday morning. Given that I'd like to be available to answer questions after the first talk, is it possible to split them up? I'd prefer different days if possible.

should it be possible for speakers to change the details about the
workshop at sched.org? I would like to add the links to the forms there
but it does not seem to be possible.

Do you have a Flock-specific template you'd like used for presentations
or just leave it up to the speaker?

Flock 2015 schedule
by Tom Callaway
Hello Flock 2015 speakers!
Our first revision of the Flock 2015 schedule is live at:
http://flock2015.sched.org
Please look it over and make sure there are no obvious mistakes. Feel
free to fill out your Sched.org bio too.
Also, since this happens every year, now is also the time to propose
schedule changes. You will need to provide a reason for this. While I
(and the rest of the Flock staff) have a degree of sympathy for the "too
many good talks I want to see at the same time" problem, we cannot cure
that. Keep in mind that we've done our best to try to ensure optimal
attendance at all talks, and that some talks will just suck up people no
matter where we put them. If you want us to move your session because it
conflicts with the other talk you absolutely cannot miss... well, plead
your case and we'll try. We're going to consider the schedule "final" on
Friday July 17, so speak now or forever hold your bits.
Thanks,
~tom

Co-speakers on Sched?
by Máirín Duffy
Hi :)
I was just wondering if there's a way to add co-speakers in sched?
I was looking thru how I can manage talks I 'own' in Sched and I didn't
see a way to add co-conspirators^W speakers. My intern Meghan is going
to be co-speaking with me on the Hubs UX talk, and I'll be co-speaking
with robyduck on the Websites / Hubs talk.
Not a biggie if not possible, I will modify the talk description
accordingly, but it would be nice if there's a way to do it.
