We don't have a central location. If you would like to upload them
somewhere publicly accessible, you can send me the URL and I can update your
talk description in the schedule.

WARNING: Do not host your .odp files on Google Drive!
I used the Fedora 4:3 template and edited it in LibreOffice Impress
4.4.5.2-1.fc21. When I initially uploaded it to Google Drive and
created a shareable link, Google Drive would try to "preview" it in
Firefox. However, the preview was atrocious. For example, content from
slide 2 would show up on slide 1. Users can download it by clicking
the download icon (while the preview was visible beneath the icon),
but I am sure that some would not do so. Furthermore, you cannot
disable this feature for users who you share the link with. So to
avoid this issue, I simply hosted it on Amazon S3 instead.
(Google Drive can also try to "open" it with Google Slides, which
converts it to Google Slides format. This conversion was far better
than the preview, but still had formatting issues, such as overlapping
text boxes.)
