What i can make a .spec for my conscript font? Where I must put documentation? Licence file is obligatory in package? fontconf have any way for ttf font?
Is possible to add script or other way for writing specific alphabet? Not only 'a' -> sign 'a' but type 'a' ang read previous letter and put some signs. My font texrg have dependencies.

Template for simple spec file [1] will help you.

Yes, you can write script. Execute them in %build sections.
