Also many people who's ticket was approve send the information requested to get their airplane ticket but has not get any answer if the ticket was bought or not, we need to know what is happening.

I don't intend to point fingers here but I'd like to add that this is getting critical. We are two weeks away from the event and people need to know airfare information in order to coordinate with their families and employers.
We must figure out a way to do it sooner and better next time. We have other FUDCons and FADs already coming up and last minute published information might be problematic. Maybe we should delegate this to the event organizers or at least have a person other than the FLP and Max available for this kind of task, since both are very busy and we totally understand that.
