There is a note on the wiki page that looks like it needs attention - has anyone contacted this person?
I'm Andrea Trentini (http://atrent.it), I do represent our department (DICo) in the FUDcon, we are hosting the conference. I need to know exactly when (and how many) classrooms are needed because I have to reserve them and arrange them to be opened during the weekend. Pleas contact me. Thank you.
Hi Robyn, I asked our guys for proposed hack sessions - to know how many rooms to book (on Saturday/Sunday). For now it is: * SIGs meetings ** Perl, Ruby, Java and secondary architectures * documentation hack fest
Just to have overview to answer the question by Andrea.
For general schedule - if I understand it correctly - Saturday/Sunday are barcamp/hacksessions days, Friday is free, only the cafe during the night... Is it true?
What are the days hotel is booked for? We plan to arrive on Friday, leavin on Monday in the morning.
The wiki needs updates... It's not easy to follow the planning...
Thanks Jaroslav

So what are we thinking? 3 rooms minimum, more like 4 or 5?

I think this is correct. Looking at the webpage version (http://fudcon.fedoraproject.org/EMEA/scheduling.html) it looks like we are barcamp all day saturday, fudpub at night, barcamp half of sunday, hackfest the other half of sunday. And Friday is free, with a social event in the evening.
What are the days hotel is booked for? We plan to arrive on Friday, leavin on Monday in the morning.
As I understand it, hotel is booked for arrival Friday, departure Monday. If someone is doing something outside of those plans, they'll need to make their own arrangements.

I agree. Maybe it would be optimal to come up with a list of questions that we'd all like to see answers for, and work to get those items updated and posted?

Thanks Jaroslav

The hotel reservations are for Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. If you need anything beyond those dates, please let me know and I'll arrange things with the hotel.
