Proposal for Open Dictionary project

Hi All, Its been long time that we initiated the discussion about coming up with the Open Dictionary project under the feathers of FUEL. Since, this idea is aligned towards the goals of FUEL, I feel it can be taken up by the community. Currently we do not find such dictionaries in open source domain- one that can be created, consumed, modified and owned by the people. What is your opinion on this ? Ready to complete bn-IN Terminologies

Hi all, Good morning !! Happy New Year !! Actually, I am going to organize one event for Fuel with Mozilla l10n event where my beloved team are really interested to complete the bn-IN Terminologies . That's why today I opened an account in Zanata.org. But I am not able to submit the translation for testing purpose. So it would be good if you give me the administration access for managing all the bn-IN terminologies. So I would like to take the responsibility for bn-In locale . Also as I have seen that there is not any Desktop project for bn-IN in zanata.org. Sorry, if I was wrong. My user name is : biraj . Let me know if you need any more information.
