Because the most current releases of ghc (F-13 and abouve) contains the ghc-utf8-string stuff, ghc should obsolete this package in a right way, so users can make a proper update to the new release of ghc without the usage of --nodeps.

--- Comment #7 from Jens Petersen petersen@redhat.com 2010-04-29 22:53:32 EDT --- I am thinking perhaps it is better to bring back ghc-utf8-string instead for F13 (it is already in devel for F14 since 6.12.2 does not export utf8-string) and upstream says that the inclusion of utf8-string in 6.12.1 was unintentional.
