Hey all !
A friend of mine is in a graphical design school, and I asked her if she could clean up a bit the current logo. It currently still has "brush marks" that make it look "unfinished" to me. Which is only natural given the time our Google Code-In student had.
I'm attaching what my friend came up with, I quite like it :-) The font used is http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/Cartwheel (a free font), I thinks it's better adapted to the rest of the logo. But that's an easy part to change.
What do you think, compared to our current logo ? http://mm3test.fedoraproject.org/hyperkitty/static/img/hyperkitty-logo.svg
Cheers ! Aurélien

For the record, I actually quite liked to have the kitty of a different color compare to the envelop but I won't argue to death for it :)
Fonts looks nice and overall, it looks nice and clean.

Oh really ? I think it looks more unified and integrated when they're similar. Oh well, "all tastes are in nature" ;-)

Cool :-)

Well, it makes the Kitty stand out a little and since the envelop is from the Mailman logo it also makes it stand out a little.
Jut my thoughts,
Pierre
