Description of problem: In F37 we moved the gettext runtime programs to gettext-runtime. So assuming if ibus-chewing does not require any translation management tools (like msgcat or xgettext) at runtime, it should be possible for it to only Requires: gettext-runtime (instead of gettext). The goal here is only to install gettext-runtime in the Fedora live image(s), etc.
