Hello people,

Since we ship tomorrow with our first ever release of the Fedora i3 Spin, with Fedora 34, I'm now thinking on the work for Fedora 35. One thing we need to do is to start meeting regularly again.

But other than that, I was thinking in where to focus our efforts for F35, and my mind just repeat over and over on documentation. i3 is not an easy environment, and if we are still aiming on make it usable for new users, my opinion is that we need to focus on document 2 things:
1. How to customize i3 (with examples)
2. How to configure some stuff (some basics in i3 are not "basic", like audio settings)

The last thing I think is important is to get agreements on https://pagure.io/i3-sig/Fedora-i3-Spin/issue/49, and get this done at least 2 weeks before "F35 – Change 100% Code Complete Deadline " milestone, set to 2021-08-24.

We did something really good and I want to thank all of you, @nasirhm odilhao jwf defolos  and all the involved people like Southern_Gentlem  who helped us a lot with the ISOs for testing and so much stuff. It have been a fun journey and the result will be up there tomorrow! It's the first milestone in a long run, and TBH it feels really good. I hope we can continue producing this Spin for a long time (Long live to X!) and I hope we can help others to create their Spins, like Sway, and why not others WM like Xmonad, Awesome and more!

Again, thanks so much for this awesome project!

Br,
