Thanks, nasirhm. I think the mailing list can allow for more detailed interaction that a meeting can't sometimes. 

Before we start off discussing each app suggestion, I'd like to understand where we're taking the i3 minimal and extended spins. 

This is your baby after all, and I'd like to sync up before boring you with suggestions :P
