Seems like we can add some thing like a "Great UI" to the publicity
material, since it seems that people common still have the same image
of the 'KAALI DUNIYA' the SHELLS when talking about linux.

I think the new design of http://fedoraproject.org is a step towards showing off the features including the user interface quite prominently.  The publicity material for Fedora releases are community generated.  This includes slides, one page release notes, announcements etc.  If you want to take part in it, you are very welcome to do via the marketing project.
