Backups

So I had a fire lit under my butt to get going on the backups
situation. Here's what we're currently using:
BackupPC. Run nightly. Over SSH. Selective backups.
I'd like to move to bacula. Now that we have moved all the storage off
of xen6 we can start to move backups there. It has more storage then
lockbox does so I'd also like to do full backups. I've installed bacula
from the review and I'll be testing with it and doing a review shortly.
Any comments / suggestions?

Wiki - Recent Changes

Next time we have a failure in "RecentChanges" please leave it borked
(but let me or let ThomasWaldmann in #moin know). Fix any pages that
don't come up but leave the master edit log alone, the moin developers
are going to take a closer look.

Do Fedora static page handle Multi-Language requests automatically?

What possibility there is to translate the static page to
multilanguage and to make it available to the community? respond to
browser language requests with the corresponding translation via
'Accept-Language' request header field that it sends to the web server
and later with mod_negotiation module or anything.
For example, Apache web server would respond for the file
fedoraproject.org/index.html.es or fedoraproject.org/index.html.br if
the your browser preferred language is settting to Spanish or
Brazilian respectively.

mod_fcgid

the wiki is currently deployed using mod_fcgid. Puppet has been turned
off so the config doesn't get overwritten. If anything breaks just
restart puppet and let it do its thing (It could take a few minutes) and
it should auto restart using the old mod_python method. If we make it
through the night I'll commit the new configs.

L10n web infrastructure

Hey guys.
We've got our L10N GSoC project started, so we'll be needing a place to put
'l10n.fedoraproject.org' soon. Basically, we'll put a python Web UI up there
first, and then start experimenting to use it as an intermediate to fetch PO
files from remote SCMs to members of the 'cvsl10n' group.
There's an RFR open for it:

The python thingy is GNOME's Damned Lies, and requires either SQLite or MySQL.

Problem with updates & updates-testing repo

Hi
Apologies for the noise if this is not the right place to report this
it seams that the createrepo script didn't run correctly for updates-7 &
updates-7-testing since it includes the debuginfo packages
The problem is visible either with cli yum or gui tools like yumex
The fix is running createrepo with -x debug/* that results in quicker
run and smaller metadata files
