app3 rebuild (change request)

Well since we've got the time I'd like to rebuild app3. its the last of our FC6 boxes. This is a low risk operation since we're not really using app3 for much now anyway (only the smolt wiki). Plus it'll be a: 1) build new app3 2) verify it works 3) destroy old app3 -Mike

cvs space

So our cvs storage space is filling up (currently at 80% free) that should last us a while. The plan for a while (not that I'd shared it) had been to move the lookaside cache to the netapp. It really doesn't get heavy load and is the majority of that 80%. We've still got some time before that fills up so this will be a post F9 thing easy. Probably after the new wiki gets deployed. Does anyone have a problem or see a problem with moving the lookaside cache to nfs? -Mike

CVS Outage

In order to mass branch packages for F-9, we are enacting an outage of the CVS system. We sincerely apologize for not having any advanced warning of this outage. Delays in Fedora 9 Preview release made the scheduling of the mass branch uncertain. There will be an outage starting at 2008-04-19 18:00 UTC. Initial estimates show that 30 hours will be needed to complete the branching, however this may drastically be reduced during the full run. Change Request: Moving bugzilla sync scripts onto Fedora Boxes

The Bugzilla sync scripts are currently running on a RHEL4 machine on Jeremy's desk. There are a few problems with them that would be hard to fix without RHEL 5. Since it would be helpful to move this out to a Fedora box anyway so anyone can modify them, I'd like to move them to the app servers. -Toshio
