Hi Mike,
Thanks for your reply, I have read the article
"How_to_be_a_Successful_Contributor".
Also, I have checked the open ticks list.
So, I want to begin small case, maybe I can join the admin-noc group
and do some system monitor work.
I'll appreciate if you have some good idea for me.

Fwd: Puppet Report for smtp-mm1.fedoraproject.org
by Stephen John Smoogen
smtp-mm1 was not sending any email since updates were run over the
weekend. Turns out that an old selinux policy had labeled everything
with a set of things that the new policy did not like.

outgoing port block on fedorapeople.org
by Seth Vidal
Hi,
Mike noticed that someone had setup an irc bot running on
fedorapeople.org talking to an irc channel that was not remotely fedora
related. Even if it had been fedora-related it's still not something we
want running fedorapeople.org. I put in an outgoing port reject to
things bound to 6667. I'll work on a slightly better option soon but I
wanted to let everyone know about this and ask if there were any other
suggestions on how to best block this sort of thing.
Thanks,
-sv

Introduction | Chandra Sekhar
by chan
Hello Infrastructure group,
I am Chandra Sekhar. I am currently working as a Java Developer. I did my
Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering (Major : Computer Networks).
I did my internship as Solaris system admin for around 8 months. From past
1 year I am working as a Java web application developer. I am equally
interested in development and administration. I did some shell scripting
during my intern and in the current project too. I am very much interested
in Operating System and its internals as specially Unix and Linux variants.
My objectives behind Open Source contribution are to learn new and diverse
technologies, to get in touch with experienced open source developers and
administrators, and to contribute to Open Source world.
Please let me know if there are any procedures that I should be aware of or
where to start from.I have gone through the content that is posted on
fedora/infrastructure.
