[release] pkgdb2: 1.26

Following a comment made on IRC, I realized that I have some changes piled up
for pkgdb and that we are no longer in freeze, so I made a new release: 1.26
Here is the changelog:

- Fix a typo in the list_actions template (Ralph Bean)
- Adjust unit-tests to prevent re-running into this bug

- Improve the logout behavior to avoid looping but still returning to the
current page where possible
- Rework the monitoring flag to be three states
- Inform about the user's vacation status from fedocal if configured to do so
Ralph has made a new release of the-new-hotness to fix the change in the
monitoring flag, you can now disable it, enable it or say: report the new
version but don't bother trying to make a scratch build.

[release] pagure: 0.1.11 and 0.1.12

Good morning everyone,
With a lot of help from Patrick that has done a great job keeping up with the
pull-request queue of pagure, I have been able to cut a new release of pagure
this morning.
While testing it in staging, I found a couple of annoyances that I fixed, that
Patrick reviewed and that therefore lead to a second release.
Here are the change logs:

- Fix the URL where the sources upload are done
- Upload the new sources under the project's name (be it project or
user/project)

- Another fix for the fedmsg_hook git hook
- Adjust how we display the README page to avoid XSS there as well

endpoint would work without token
- Integrate alembic for DB scheme migration
- Cache the PR's merge status into the DB
- Only people with access to the project can add/remove API token
- Make the unit-tests run on bare repos as in prod
- First stab at online editing
- Simplify the API output to drop the project's settings where it doesn't
make sense
- First stag at allowing upstream to upload their release to pagure
- Fix merging a PR into another branch than master
- Reduce code duplication when checking if a PR can be merged or merging it
- Code style clean-up
As you can see this 0.1.11 version comes with a lot of improvements, they are in
facts the major milestones for 0.2.
So most of the heavy lifting is done for 0.2 and what is left is actually just
easy-fixes.
So I will be closing those easyfix over the week-end, please poke at pagure,
report any bug you face and if all goes fine we can announce 0.2 some time next
week.

Fedora Hubs Hackfest Thu Jun 4th / Details

Hi Fedora Infra folks!
A number of you are going to be at Red Hat's Boston-area office this
Thursday for a Fedora Hubs hackfest. (If this is the first time you are
hearing about this - my bad! You are more than welcome to participate!)
I wanted to put together a rough agenda to help us spend our time as
wisely as possible while still allowing some flexibility. We can totally
hack this up or swap things around as much as you'd like. One
consideration is that a lot of the 'planned' stuff is up-front for the
folks in Europe who will be participating remotely via BlueJeans so they
don't miss out on it and instead have to try to follow the chaos that
typically is a hackfest via video feed.

I'm thinking for the last couple of hours we could more informally
start planning out / hacking on actual implementation, with Meghan and I

cafeteria to grab some food to bring back up / eat/ chat during this
time block.
I'm being pretty conservative with time estimates for the more formal
stuff and think it's probably likely we'd have time to start hacking a
bit earlier than 11 but we'll see how it goes?

example the result of a build
- Handle the situation where there are multiple branch of the same name in
the same repo
- Fix the color of the link on hover when displayed within a tab view
(for example in the PR pages)
- Redirect the user to the pull-request created after its the creation
- Do not leak emails over fedmsg
- Fix the fedmsg_hook plugin
