basically the older version was totally cache non-friendly (#moin). The
newer version has many patches specifically to help caching servers.
This should help us under heavy load.

Apart from the change in MoinMoin version from 1.3.6 to 1.5.6, what
are the changes implemented in the future wiki platform which should
improve things?
