I just pushed to prod (after testing it in stg) a patched version of this
release.
Basically, while doing the mass-orphan of FAS user iarnell I encountered a bug
that was making pkgdb orphan packages in branch even if they were branches the
user was not the POC of.
Looking into
https://fedorahosted.org/fesco/ticket/1233 where the idea is not to
mass-orphan all but to give all the perl-* package and orphan the rest, I
realized I had the same problem for the reassign API endpoint.
This was fixed in
https://github.com/fedora-infra/pkgdb2/pull/110
And like yesterday, I backport the patch into the RPM, making a 1.20.1-4 version
that is currently running fine in stg and prod.
