This change to the init.d/functions file allows the sourcing of lang.sh to error out if there is a problem.
Originally the source line redirected to 2>/dev/null thus assuming there could be no problems.
Now the source line has that removed, thus if there is an issue when sourcing the file (such as the lang.sh does not exist) then the script will NOT fail silently.

This was change due to bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=482888
Apparently sourcing that file produces some annoying warnings. I would keep it as it is.
