The glassfish-el package seems to be missing in the F31 repos. It is listed on
koji https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=15617 and should
be there.
`dnf search glassfish-el` only returns
`Last metadata expiration check: 18:15:33 ago on Do 03 Okt 2019 14:58:29 IST.

Transfer-Encoding whitespace (such as a [space]Transfer-Encoding:chunked line)
and a later Content-Length header. This issue exists because of an incomplete
