It seems that on alpha.11 in maven-native-manager the file located in META-INF/plexus/components.xml is removed or replaced by annotation but it doesn't work. I don't know if the a problem with the package maven-native (something is missing?) or a bug with the fedora maven version? As I'm the maintainer of maven-native, I will publish a new version with this missing file. I have tested and it works correctly with.
