Thanks for the response. I created a new repo with ”publish as http” but it still isn’t there. After doing some digging it looks like I need to promote the repo out of Library for it to show up. I created a changeset to promot it but I get the following error when I click promote:
 

·         Failed to apply changeset.

·         Please add 'rhel6-x86_64' product to the changeset 'testing' if you wish to promote repository 'rhel6' with it. (RuntimeError)

 
Under the changeset ‘testing’ it has partial product rhel6-x86_64 and only the repo has been added and also create a content view with just the repo. How do I promote just a repo?

I believe you have to check the "Publish as http" when you create the repo initially. 

 

I haven't been able to find a way to modify a repo once it's been created, though.
