This last week resulted in kmail no longer being able to display mails,
crashing instead of closing, firefox displaying pages so large that it would
have taken an entire wall to read it, knode was unusable, pulse didn't emit
a peep, the device notifier didn't mount anything, rendering external drives
usless... in short, I was close to not being able to use the system at all
for close to a week (thank God for konqueror, that got me through with
painful browsing and webmail), and then, on Sunday, I managed to pluck
kde-4.2.1 from koji and all these problems have totally vanished!
Yes, Fedora is GOOD.
[Sure, the weather plasmoid still doesn't remember my location and kernel-
based mode setting still doesn't work on Intel, input actions still don't
work and kttsd still crashes... but that's about all I have to complain
about.]
