Easytag won't start with "Widget style: oxygen-gtk" enabled
by Steven P. Ulrick
Hello, Everyone
Since I am running KDE 4.10.1 (from kde-testing) on Fedora 17, I assume that
this is the correct list for this. If not, I do apologize.
When I attempt to start Easytag with "oxygen-gtk" chosen as my widget style
for GTK apps, nothing happens. "easytag" does show up as a running process,
it just never actually starts:
steve@localhost ~$ ps aux | grep easytag
steve 23932 0.0 0.0 312652 7764 pts/3 Sl+ 12:53 0:00 easytag
If I change "oxygen-gtk" to any other widget style (other than QtCurve) it
starts up just fine. It just looks ugly...
I just recently reinstalled Fedora 17. Easytag used to work just fine with
"oxygen-gtk" set as my widget style for GTK+ apps. The only difference that I
can think of between these two installs of Fedora 17 is that my current
install is running KDE 4.10.1 from kde-testing.
So, any help is greatly appreciated.

Dual Screen and 4.10
by Eli Wapniarski
Hi
I just upgraded to 4.10. The upgrade went smooth as silk, but..... I have a
minor issue with my dual screen setup. Used to be the screen saver displayed
across both screens as what appeared to be a single instance. Now, what
happens is that I have one instance for each screen.
Like I said, the is a minor issue, however, it kinda spoils the block tube
screen saver. In my opinion its the coolest screen saver that I've seen for a
dual screen setup.
Is there some way that I can fix this???
Eli

kde-4.10.x for f17 coming to kde-unstable
by Rex Dieter
Just finished up an initial batch of kde-4.10 builds for fedora 17
(finally). I plan on signing and pushing these to kde-unstable repo
shortly.
Same warning for these as for the prior f18 builds. These are for early
adopters and testers only. In short, if you don't know how to manually
downgrade things in case of trouble, I'd recommend you not touch this...yet.
Let us know how it goes and what breaks. :)

An internal system error has occurred
by Neal Becker
I keep getting this notification after a kernel crash (yeah, f18 has been
crashy. Maybe vbox issue).
No clues are given what this internal error is about. But every few minutes I
get another notification.
