It's not the downstream (fedora) package maintainer that is missing.
Calligra *upstream* has no maintainer for this app's code, so they disable
it (I assume because they are in no position to support it).

Thank you for your clear answer. I am sorry perhaps I am wrong, but how it can
be that other distros like openSuSe, Manjaro etc. have actual binaries for
Calligra-stage, what is the difference to Fedora 29?
