Tread with care - only remove the things you are certain of. The bug is
known, and being dealt with. It's only ill-effect is to slow down the launch
of kde - so until that becomes a problem for you, you don't need to do
anything about it.
I have a half-dozen "copy files" entries. Is that worth editing? Also,
presumably the idea is to edit when KDE isn't running, right?
