Well, past a certain point it *is* professional. If you go into many
places in this country (airports, hospitals, post offices) you'll see
a sign somewhere saying staff shouldn't be subjected to abuse. If I
have a choice of two things to work on and one involves someone who
constantly calls me an idiot or worse my decision is simplified.
