It sometimes takes days for it to show up. If you don't want to wait, just download directly from koji and then: dnf upgrade kactivitymanagerd-5.5.0-2.fc23.x86_64.rpm kactivities-workspace-5.5.0-2.fc23.x86_64.rpm
That is what I did...
