Hey, u'r welcome. Just go to the copr and there you have steps you need to do in order to get the latest plasma updates:

To make the long story short, yes. There is a repo holding the packages.

FYI: I do builds of Plasma in the beta phase and perheaps the 5.x.0. I usually don't bother rebuilding later updates as they usually are in updates-testing already.
