Looks like that was put in, almost a year ago, by Tuju.
I think it is referring to the way many admins/developers have of only
having terminals open, pretty much blocking all the nice graphics.
Looking at my desktop, I believe the gui editors (atom, nedit,
mousepad) outnumber my terminals right now. Throw in my two different
browsers and an IRC client, and my terminal windows are by far the
minority in my desktop.
