Best would be to report those problem at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ and let the intel developers know your exact hardware.
Since F10 and F11 use the same qt version I suspect the intel drivel for my venerable i830 graphics chipset is at fault.
Most likely, intel didn't care a lot for chips <i945.
