Not sure when this started, but I've noticed that some(?) GTK application windows are not shown in my plasma pager. Thus far, I've seen this with Firefox, Thunderbird, and virt-manager.
These windows *are* listed in the pager's tooltip, so it seems to be aware that the windows exist. For some reason, however, it's not showing the window outlines.
Anyone else?

It turns out that the toolkit used to create the application doesn't matter; it was the screen on which the window "resided."
I was hitting this upstream bug:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414849
Which is fixed here:
https://cgit.kde.org/plasma-desktop.git/commit/?id=2b5e86323f180f0c51ef9af89...
Fedora BZ here:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1786665
(It isn't clear when upstream will cut a new release, so it would certainly be nice to get a respin with the fix included. I must admit that I didn't really realize how much I depend on the pager to get a view of all the windows on my 8 virtual desktops X 3 screens!)
