After today's daily upgrade, KDE 5.9 is installed at Fedora 25.
But, some times 100% CPU used by plasmashell. Is it https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1432619 ?
Does anyone have any idea?

Do you have any stale xdg-user-dir processes ? If so, likely the same issue as the referenced bug.

My laptop also confirm it, I guess. I should kill the krunner process each time 100% cpu is consumed.

same for me: plasma = 400%, baloo = 100%, fan at max speed.
dnf update does not give kde-settings-25-6

dnf update give kde-settings-25-6

now it's there without the need for clean all. It seems that not everybody gets update at the same time.
well, even "clean all" can't make sure that the random mirror your updater is using is really up-to-date because that can't work in realtime
