Also, I'm against add workarounds on desktop files like this one [1] forcing apps running with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb , because is just hidden the real problem.
Instead of patching, Qt5 maintainers should drop this patch[1].

It seems it's working now.
When I first upgraded from F32 to F33 I tried to use plasma-wayland and I found to had problems with that. I admit I only experienced this problem with a package not installed from Fedora repos (protonmail-bridge) since it's the only one I care, I don't know if other apps got the same problem.
I did retry after my post on this mailing list and now everything seems to work fine (protonmail-bridge and bubblemail, which I installed from Fedora repos only to check if it was passing the accounts created in x-plasma to plasma-wayland).
My only doubt is that I can see two gnome-keyring-daemon running in the background, one started with `/usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --daemonize --login` and the other with `/usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon --start --foreground --components=secrets`
but I don't know if this is something strange or not.
Overall, plasma-wayland seems usable from my (limited) perspective on F33; I do experience some glitch with copy/paste where copy isn't sometimes performed at first and some sporadic menu rendering problems.
