What about F23? Is there a deps blocking the build?
Should kde-connect-0.9-4 in F23 work with the current KDE Connect android app (version 1.4.2)?

In my experience, no. That was one (big) reason for the 1.0 update, it was required to maintain compatibility with the latest android client app.

1. After recent update (before 16.08 and 5.7.5) KDE Connect kept unpairing with my phone. 2. After 16.06 and 5.7.5 it completely unpaired my phone. I am still waiting to see if unpairing will happen soon. 3. Execute Remote command is categorized as Unavailable plugin. What does that mean?

I can see recent KDE connect update in Play Store that should fix unpairing issues.
