Hi,

I just finished update to Qt 5.13.2 for Fedora 31. It's currently being pushed to updates-testing and should be available in the repository anytime soon.

I just did the update locally and it seems to work just fine (using Plasma on Wayland), but any additional feedback is welcomed.
