I just updated my SL6 32-bit laptop, which hadn't been used for several weeks. It seems to work well but libwebp cannot be updated because qtwebkit-2.3.3-1 requires libwebp.so.4 instead of the libwebp.so.5 now on offer. While at it, I promoted the kde-4.l2.x stuff in el6/unstable to -testing, and kde-4.11.x stuff from el6/testing to stable
