Pushed updated qt, qt-mobility, qtwebkit builds to el6-testing, please let me know how it goes.

While at it, I promoted the kde-4.l2.x stuff in el6/unstable to -testing, and kde-4.11.x stuff from el6/testing to stable

Ah, kde-runtime to, ok kde-runtime-4.12.3-2 builds pushed to -testing as well

Can we get kde-stable fixed? The libwebp errors are still there.
