kwalletmanager4 does not have this problem and works.

I notice this because I run kontact via ssh, forwarding X, and in F23 (using the kwallet-4) it worked while in F-24 (using kwallet-5) it does not connect to kwallet-5.

You may need a user dbus running in the remote session.
