I think I just found out.
I tried installing kdeaccessibility on my i686 laptop and it wouldn't
install, because the dependency, kaccessible, is not yet available.
Right, kaccessible is one of the components of the split kdeaccessibility.
kdeaccessibility is a metapackage dragging in all of the stuff.
