Using F26, fully updated.
I cannot seem to be able to get manual configuration to work. No matter what I enter the "apply" button remains gray. Has anyone tried this? I had to resort to using GNOME to get this working.

Does checking "Allow auto-negotiation" help. If so, it's probably this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=378554

Yes, that was it! Wonder why it is still happening in F26 when it was fixed back in May.

Sadly, I hate to admit, I have this nagging suspicion that I knew about this issue. :-(
