Seriously, could they have made this any more confusing? ROFL...
To cut to the chase here is what I did:
dnf remove kwalletmanager I was just getting confused about which version k4 or k5 was doing what, hopefully this was the way to get rid of the k4 version. If I'm missing something, please let me know.
Now, I'm still having an issue with being prompted for my PGP key every single time it is being used. In the past with kwallet4 that would be handled - since the upgrade, it hasn't.
This was happening even when I had the k4 version installed so I figured if it wasn't helping, get rid of it.
What am I missing on the k5 version to get it to handle PGP as it was in the previous version.
If it isn't yet possible, ok... I understand more people need to use before they find all the issues, but couldn't they at least provided a gui to configure it? I mean, really.....

FWIW, I was "lucky" and able to "give up". Lucky in the sense that I'd exported my PGP Kwallet4 to xml prior to an upgrade. So, after mucking around for a while I deleted the wallets I ended up with after my failures as well as their rc files. I then allowed Chrome to request/create a new wallet but used blowfish and then imported the xml. As for the plasma 5 wallet, I just allowed Networkmanager to prompt and create a new one as well. But since I had to redo all my VPN configurations I didn't do any import.
So, all is working fine for me with blowfish 4 & 5 wallets

My mistake, I found where there is kwalletmanager5, so I installed that... but then it was complaining that I didn't have kwallet installed, so I installed that, which as far as I can tell didn't reinstall kwalletmanager rpm, but now I have kwalletmanager for kwallet on my system:
kwalletmanager5-15.04.0-1.20150501git.fc22.x86_64 kf5-kwallet-debuginfo-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64 kwallet-4.12.3-3.fc22.x86_64 pam-kwallet-0-0.7.20140508git49a5bc0.fc22.x86_64 kf5-kwallet-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64 kf5-kwallet-libs-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
Anyway, as far as I can tell, nothing appears to be using the kf5 wallet except for kwalletmanager5. If I look at kwallet, it shows Choqok and kwalletmanager.
Is there a url which explains Kwallet5?

Nevermind, I see there are quite a few older postings regarding this topic. I'll review those...
