Once again, trying kde over wayland.
Finally, it appears to be usable!
Well... that is kind of debatable ;-)
Previously when I tested there were 3 showstoppers:
1. No multiple desktops
2. Bad results for hi-dpi
3. x2go didn't work and I need it
That sounds like good news.
I have also my list of showstoppers which are not fixed yet though:
1- Kontact suite is unusable under Wayland.
2- Session crashes on logout (should be fixed with the next release: https://
bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=420077)
3- Session crashes on lock (hope it's also fixed by the above)
4- Firefox copy/paste only works when using CSD (well, not a showstopper
but... still annoying )
5- ssh-add doesn't work on wayland session ( I can somehow workaround it but
is still very very annoying.
Best,
Marc
