Has anyone else noticed, that C-k used to act like
emacs,
erasing the

recently it only
erases the following characters but _not_ the

repeated C-k don't
do anything.
I find this change annoying.

I assume that this is with KatePart. Here it erases the
current line (from ^ to $) as well as the newline and
has since I can remember. It's bound to the "Delete
Line" action (and it's also the default). I'd check to
make sure its bound to the correct action.
