So is Fedora KDE packaged without Air Theme?, I understand no changing the defaults, but Air could be included as another option?, not as principal theme in Fedora KDE

For me,

1. Air was/is the default
2. to change, right click desktop -> Desktop Theme -> Air

seems which I was looking in the wrong place, until now I was not aware (by the screenshots in planetkde) which Air is only a plasma theme and not a full window theme too.
