Hi to all, I am the maintainer of akonadi-google packages: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/akonadi-google
Today I see that the developer move his software to kdepim-runtime: https://projects.kde.org/projects/playground/pim/akonadi- google/repository/revisions/efb32159c283168cc2ab1a39e6fa3c8a30fbc941
What should I do with my packages?

Once the newer kdepim-runtime that includes akonadi-google is released, we'll likely add an Obsoletes: akonadi-google < ... Provides: akonadi-google = ... (and friends) to kdepim-runtime
and retire akonadi-google.

If I understand correctly, the developer maintain a separate repository for LibKGoogle...I can continue to maintain this package library. I will open a new review request for this new package, ok?
Thank you!

Yes please. LibKGoogle and QJSON will be needed to build the google resource inside kdepim-runtime.

As soon as a libkgoogle release is available, +1

I just open a new re-review request from last git snapshot of akonadi- google, that contains only libkgoogle: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=817622
Doing so I hope that the "migration" process would be more quickly when the new packages will be release.
Thank you!

I think we can start to re-review libkgoogle.
The new first release without akonadi resource was released: https://projects.kde.org/news/143
Old akonadi-google repository on kde infrastructure doesn't exist any more.
This evening I will update the package on re-review request [1] to new version 0.3.2 and last snapshot (that resolve some issue on library package).
Is it ok for you?

just got a heads-up from upstream this will be renamed to libkgapi soon, so I'd recommend waiting until that happens.

libkgapi approved!
I write the SCM request: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=817622#c11
Does kdepim-runtime provides akonadi-google resources?
Thank you!
