There's a new Welcome dialog in KDE on F38. However, it's also started on a
Live image. Some part of it makes sense (basic info about the desktop), but
some part doesn't (usage collection request, online accounts
configuration). I wonder if it's supposed to start on a Live image or not?

than here.

F38 is unreleased software. Please post on the Fedora Test list rather
than here.
Actually, I appreciated it being messaged here. I wouldn't have caught
this otherwise. Plus, it'll make its way to stable releases soon enough anyway.

I saw the dialog on a machine updated from 36 to 37 using dnf.

Apologies. I was forgetting that the Fedora KDE list does accept
messages for testing versions, unlike the User list.

We probably want to disable this for now in the live environment via
livesys-kde in livesys-scripts.
