On login now I'm often prompted for my wireless password before I'm prompted for my kwallet password (which contains the wireless password). Is this a known issue?
Currently running 4.11.4 on F20.
I recently installed F20 to replace F16 on my laptop.
Now thay i think about it, i also got asked about the wireless password (too long to remember) but i just don't enter it and it connects ok anyway. That dialog is different from F16.
I am not sure if it is using kwallet or some keyring or similar tool.

Hi,
it's probably a bug in plasma-nm and I'm planning to fix it ASAP, here are bug reports for this issue [1], [2].

Cheers, Jan

I shared it before privately on irc, but what could mitigate stuff like this is if plasma-nm defaulted to system connections by default so secrets would get stored/handled by NetworkManager instead (and kwallet would no longer play a role in that case). This would match how gnome works (afaik).
