[OS-BUILD PATCHv2 0/0] Drop the %{variant} macro and fix --with-vanilla

The `--with-vanilla` option does not work, because it defines `%{variant}`, which causes errors using the current SPEC file. This is the only situation where `%{variant}` is defined. This macro was left in place even after `%{upstream_branch}` and others were [dropped 7 years ago](https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/kernel/c/cff59d3101041cbf7 0abd8a182390104a3852af1?branch=rawhide). Remove `%{variant}` as well, and instead rely on package builders to define `%{buildid}` appropriately for vanilla builds, just like any other builds where they adjust the package sources. Then for clarity, change the word "flavour" to "variant" everywhere it appears in the SPEC file, since this is what is actually meant. [Flavor](https://cki-project.gitlab.io/kernel-ark/repository- layout.html#configuration) refers to a configuration directory (fedora or ark). This is completely internal to the SPEC file. 5.12 kernels and Fedora

The plans for Fedora and 5.12 will follow the usual pattern. Next week we will have the kernel test week for 5.12, and pending the results of that, we will rebase stable Fedora releases shortly after. Given the pending EOL of Fedora 32, it will not be rebased, and will remain on 5.11 kernels until EOL. The 5.12 kernel for Fedora is maintained in the kernel ark repository [1], and that branch should be usable now and maintained going forward. I have included a 'redhat/fedora-dist-git-test.sh' script which will generate a dist-git checkout with the appropriate variables for F34 to use in testing. I will also be doing regular pushes to the stabilization branch of dist-git to coincide with upstream 5.12.x stable releases until such time as Fedora 33 and 34 have been rebased. As a reminder, the ARK configuration flow involves moving unreviewed configuration options from the pending directory to the ark directory.
