The pipe underruns one is the root-cause of e.g. :
1338026 - Graphics Glitches nuc6i7kyk skylake/iris pro 580
All in all a lot of people are seeing various related
issues on skylake when using an external monitor on
a laptop.
Luyde just posted another related patch, I'll forward that
to the Fedora kernel list.
Lyude, is that one ready to get added to updates-testing
kernels in your opinion ?
The amd one likely also has a Fedorabug somewhere ...
it at least has a bunch of RHEL bugs.

Self-nak on this one, upstream has come up with a different
fix, so lets wait for the dust to settle a bit as this is
only a WARN_ON anyways (although it may have some real
implications too, it mostly seems harmless).

If you can add the 2 patchwork ones + the one I'm about
to forward that would be great. Note this very likely
really is my last mail on this before going on vacation.
I added all 3 you sent originally, then _I_ went on vacation. They're
all in 4.6.4-xxx.
